Token Purchases

• Daily allocations do not roll over

3. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Service in any of the following ways:

Technical Abuse

• Attempting to bypass rate limits, subscription limits, or security mechanisms

• Creating multiple accounts to expand usage limits

Misuse of Content

• Using the Service to generate content for resale, redistribution, or commercial exploitation outside of the intended gift-recommendation purpose

• Using the AI for unrelated or disallowed purposes (e.g., explicit content, harmful advice, scraping competitor data)

Account Violations

• Sharing or selling your account credentials

• Accessing or attempting to access another user's account

System Interference

• Conducting load tests, stress tests, or DDoS-like activity

• Performing any action that degrades, damages, or overloads our infrastructure

Violating these rules may result in temporary suspension, permanent bans, revoked usage privileges, or legal action.

4. Rate Limiting and System Protection

To maintain platform stability, we may implement automatic protective controls, including:

• Temporary rate limiting during high-traffic periods

• Queue-based request handling for large volumes

• Automated detection and throttling of suspicious usage patterns

• Temporary suspension of accounts exhibiting abusive or anomalous behavior

These protections apply to all users, regardless of subscription tier.

5. Enforcement & Consequences

We reserve the right to take any of the following actions in response to Policy violations:

• Issue warnings or usage resets

• Temporarily suspend or permanently terminate accounts

• Enforce stricter rate limits

• Block associated email addresses, devices, or IP ranges

• Revoke access to purchased tokens or subscription features (in severe abuse cases)

• Escalate violations to legal authorities when required

Our enforcement decisions may be based on automated or manual review.
