These Affiliate Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your participation in the HuntedGift Affiliate Program (“Program”). By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not participate in the Program.

1. Program Overview

HuntedGift.com (“HuntedGift,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides affiliates with personalized tracking links to promote our products and services. Affiliates earn commissions on qualified purchases generated through their unique referral link.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.

• Provide accurate personal and payment information.

• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies.

• Not engage in deceptive or misleading marketing practices.

We may approve, reject, or remove any affiliate at our sole discretion.

3. Commission Structure

• Affiliates earn 20% commission on all eligible sales made through their assigned tracking link.

• Commission is calculated based on the final sale price excluding taxes, shipping, refunds, chargebacks, and discounts.

• We may update commission rates at any time with written or posted notice.

4. Tracking & Attribution

• Sales are tracked via cookies and/or custom unique URLs.

• We are not responsible for tracking failures due to user settings, browser restrictions, ad blockers, or technical issues outside our control.

• Attribution is “last-click” unless otherwise stated.

5. Payouts

• Payouts are issued monthly, typically within the first 10 business days of each month.

• Minimum payout threshold: $25 USD. Earnings below this amount roll over.

• Payments are sent via the method you provided (PayPal, bank, etc.).

• If a sale is refunded or charged back, the related commission will be deducted from future payouts.

6. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates may NOT engage in any of the following:

6.1 Misrepresentation

• Making false claims about HuntedGift or its features.

• Pretending to be an employee or representative of HuntedGift.

• Creating fake customer reviews or testimonials.

6.2 Unauthorized Advertising

• Using paid search ads targeting “HuntedGift,” “Hunted Gift,” or similar branded terms.

• Bidding on keywords that include our trademarked names or domains.

• Direct linking paid ads to HuntedGift.com or app.huntedgift.com.

6.3 Spam or Abuse

• Sending unsolicited emails or messages (“spam”).

• Using bots, fake traffic, incentivized clicks, or fraudulent tactics.

6.4 Coupon or Discount Abuse

• Creating fake coupons, promo codes, or “discount finder” listings without approval.

6.5 Domain & Branding Misuse

• Registering domains or social handles that include “HuntedGift” or confusingly similar names.

• Using our trademarked materials without permission.

Violations may result in immediate removal from the Program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

7. Content & Intellectual Property

• Affiliates may use approved graphics, logos, and brand assets provided by HuntedGift.

• All materials remain the property of HuntedGift.

• Affiliates may NOT alter logos, claim copyright ownership, or distribute proprietary assets without authorization.

8. Termination

HuntedGift may terminate or suspend your participation at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to:

• Fraudulent activity

• Policy violations

• Negative brand impact

• Inactivity for more than 90 days

Upon termination:

• You must remove all affiliate links and promotional materials.

• Outstanding commissions may be withheld if fraud or misconduct is suspected.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• HuntedGift is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in this Program.

• We make no guarantees regarding income, traffic, sales volume, or tracking accuracy.

Your participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HuntedGift, its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

• Your marketing activities

• Your violation of these Terms

• Your misuse of affiliate links or brand assets

11. Modifications

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically.
